What motorcycles are RCM exhausts compatible with?

RCM exhausts are designed for 2-stroke motorcycles including Yamaha RS100, RXT 135, Suzuki Raider 150, Honda DIO, SYM Jet, and many more. Each product listing specifies compatible models. If you're unsure about fitment for your specific bike, contact us on WhatsApp and we'll help you find the right exhaust.

What materials are used in RCM exhausts?

Our exhausts are crafted from high-grade stainless steel with precision TIG welds. The expansion chambers feature our signature heat-treated finish that creates the distinctive blue/gold coloring. Silencers are made from aircraft-grade aluminum with stainless steel internals.

What's the difference between HDX, TS, and Two-Tone series?

The HDX Series is our high-performance line with aggressive sound and maximum power gains. The TS Series offers balanced performance with a deeper, mellower tone. The Two-Tone Series features our premium heat-treated finish with blue and gold coloring for a show-quality appearance.

Will an RCM exhaust increase my motorcycle's power?

Yes! Our tuned expansion chambers are engineered to optimize powerband delivery. Most riders experience noticeable gains in mid-range torque and top-end power. Results vary by motorcycle model and engine condition, but expect 10-15% power improvements on properly tuned engines.

How loud are RCM exhausts?

Our exhausts produce an aggressive 2-stroke sound that's louder than stock but not obnoxiously loud. The sound level varies by series - HDX is the loudest, TS is moderate, and all come with baffles that can be adjusted. We focus on a quality tone, not just volume.

Do you offer custom exhaust designs?

Yes! We can create custom exhausts for specific applications or unique motorcycle builds. Custom orders require 2-3 weeks lead time and a 50% deposit. Contact us on WhatsApp to discuss your requirements and get a quote.

How to purchase and payment options

How do I place an order?

You can order through our Shopee store (shopee.ph/rcmfullexhaust024) for secure checkout and buyer protection, or contact us directly via WhatsApp (+63 977 330 1607) or Facebook Messenger (@RCMTUNEPIPES32) for direct orders. We accept COD for local orders.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept GCash, bank transfer (BDO, BPI, UnionBank), Shopee Pay, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within the Philippines. For Shopee orders, all standard Shopee payment methods are available including credit cards.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement, before production begins. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production starts. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp if you need to make changes.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Yes! We offer dealer pricing for shops and bulk discounts for orders of 3 or more units. Contact us on WhatsApp to discuss wholesale pricing and partnership opportunities.

How do I know my order is confirmed?

For Shopee orders, you'll receive confirmation through the app. For direct orders, we'll send a confirmation message via WhatsApp or Messenger with your order details and expected production/shipping timeline.

Delivery times and locations

Do you ship nationwide in the Philippines?

Yes! We ship to all provinces in the Philippines through J&T Express, LBC, and other major couriers. Shipping costs vary by location and are calculated at checkout or quoted during direct orders.

How long does shipping take?

Metro Manila: 2-3 days. Luzon provinces: 3-5 days. Visayas: 5-7 days. Mindanao: 7-10 days. These are estimates after your order ships. In-stock items ship within 1-2 business days; custom orders require 2-3 weeks production time.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we primarily serve customers in the Philippines. International shipping may be available for some destinations - contact us via WhatsApp to discuss international orders and shipping options.

How is the exhaust packaged for shipping?

Each exhaust is carefully wrapped in protective foam and bubble wrap, then placed in a reinforced cardboard box. Expansion chambers are packaged separately from silencers to prevent damage. We've optimized our packaging to ensure safe delivery.

What if my package arrives damaged?

If your package arrives damaged, take photos before opening and contact us immediately. For Shopee orders, file a claim through the app. For direct orders, message us on WhatsApp. We'll arrange a replacement or refund for shipping damage.

Installation

Setup and compatibility

Can I install the exhaust myself?

Yes! Most RCM exhausts are designed for straightforward installation with basic tools. Each exhaust comes with mounting hardware and we provide installation guides. If you're not comfortable doing it yourself, any motorcycle mechanic can install it in 30-60 minutes.

What tools do I need for installation?

Basic tools include: socket wrench set (10mm, 12mm, 14mm), screwdrivers, and possibly a rubber mallet for fitting adjustments. Some models may require removing fairings or other components for access.

Do I need to retune my carburetor after installing?

In most cases, yes. Performance exhausts change the airflow characteristics, so carburetor jetting may need adjustment for optimal performance. We recommend consulting a mechanic familiar with 2-stroke tuning, or contact us for basic jetting recommendations for your model.

Will the exhaust fit with my stock mounting points?

RCM exhausts are designed to use factory mounting points for specified compatible models. Our systems include all necessary brackets and hardware. Some custom applications may require minor modifications.

What's the break-in period for a new exhaust?

Allow 100-200km of normal riding for the exhaust to fully break in. During this period, avoid prolonged high-RPM operation. The heat-treated finish will continue to develop its coloring over time with use.

Warranty

Coverage and claims

What does the warranty cover?

Our 6-month warranty covers manufacturing defects including faulty welds, material defects, premature coating failure, and structural issues under normal use. It does not cover damage from accidents, improper installation, modifications, or normal wear and tear.

How long is the warranty period?

All RCM exhaust systems include a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. Keep your receipt, Shopee order confirmation, or chat history as proof of purchase.

How do I file a warranty claim?

Visit our Warranty page and fill out the claim form with your purchase details, description of the issue, and photos showing the defect. You can also contact us directly via WhatsApp. We respond to claims within 2-3 business days.

Do I need to send back the defective product?

Yes, in most cases. You'll need to ship the exhaust to our shop in Baliuag, Bulacan for inspection. If the claim is approved, we'll repair or replace it and ship it back at no charge. We may cover return shipping for verified defects.

Is the warranty transferable?

No, the warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser. If you sell your motorcycle with the exhaust installed, the warranty does not transfer to the new owner.

Can I visit your shop?

Yes! Our workshop is located in Baliuag, Bulacan, Philippines (3006). We welcome visitors during business hours. If you'd like to pick up an order or see our products in person, message us on WhatsApp to schedule a visit.

Do you offer installation services?

Yes, we offer installation at our shop in Baliuag for customers who prefer professional installation. Installation is free when you purchase an exhaust directly from us. Contact us to schedule an appointment.
